China’s biotech sector is producing a new generation of companies with globally competitive science, differentiated pipelines, and ambitions that extend well beyond the domestic market. As these companies look to access international capital, partners, talent, and markets, Singapore is increasingly emerging as a compelling base for global expansion. Its strategic location at the heart of Asia, globally aligned regulatory framework, and deep ecosystem spanning research, clinical development, biomanufacturing, investment, and commercialization make it a natural launchpad into Asia Pacific and the rest of the world.Â
Â
Join JLABS Singapore for an exclusive session with Legend Capital exploring trends shaping China’s biotech sector, the firm’s healthcare investment approach, and its investments in Singapore. Drawing on investor and portfolio-company perspectives, the session will examine why companies choose Singapore, how the right venture-capital partnership can support their growth, and the opportunities and challenges involved in R&D, manufacturing, commercialization, and international expansion.
